My name is Allie Taisey. Yesterday was my first day as the Certification Program Manager at the National Pest Management Association (NPMA). I look forward to getting to know each of you and adding value to your QualityPro Certification while maintaining the integrity of the Program. I am writing today to make sure you have my contact information. If there is anything I can do to make QualityPro work better for you, please be in touch: qualitypro@pestworld.org

A bit of my background: My passion is pest management and I truly appreciate what you do. In my previous role, I developed and ran the StopPests in Housing Program for the Northeastern IPM Center at Cornell University. Outside of Cornell, I have also worked for the NYC Department of Health, Modern Pest Services, BedBug Central, and the National Center for Healthy Housing.
